Seafood has been a huge component of the Keys Tutoring diet for decades. The many delicious recipes we have been fortunate to experience have originated in California, Florida, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maryland, and Washington. Additionally, we have experimented with recipes derived by famous chefs such as Julia Childs and Anthony Bourdain.

We are thrilled to provide delicious recipes, cooking classes, and seafood information to our students. Much of the information we provide will be found on this page, ABSOLUTELY FREE OF CHARGE!!! Our experience in education has demonstrated the mind is best educated when the belly is filled with quality food, and research has shown the Omega -3 fatty acids found in many forms of seafood (ie: Salmon) have a positive effect on both the mind and body.
